Koala Facts

Koalas are mammals that look like tiny bears. But really a Koala isn't an kind of bear specie, it is just a pouched animal. I got my topic from one of my friends, her name is Kayla. This topic is important to me because koalas are endangered species, and it was a topic I never researched. The average koala has a life span of 20 years, and weighs around 20 pounds. Common colors of a koala are grey and white. Koalas live in Australia. Koalas are very indolent creature; they sleep up to 18 hours. There diets are strange, they are herbivores, and they drink from the moisture of leaves. The food koalas eat most are eucalyptus leaves. They eat these leaves so much that they even store some in their pouch for later. Since their digestive system is long, it helps them to break down the large consumptions of the poisonous leaves they eat everyday. This diet has made koalas smell like a cough drop. An interesting fact about new born koalas is that once they are born they are no bigger than a jelly bean. Yes that small. Also, a mother koala is only pregnant for 35 days, a little over a month. Eventually the baby koala will leave its mothers pouch. The koala species have been endangered greatly. After the 1920's, when koalas were hunted for their fur, the koala population hit a low point. Over the years their population has increased, but they still get killed by cars and dogs. All in all, koalas are very limited, and fascinating creatures that deserve to live. Almost all of the information above was found at the National Geographic website.

Megan's dietary needs

My friend Megan Wall is a strange person. Yes, I do mean strange. As in weird, or unique, or even crazy. Many of you may know Megan as child, mrn, kitty titty, or even homewrecker. But that could just be me. Something you may not know is that Megan really enjoys eating the dropings of any species. In other words, Megan likes poop. Nobody knows why for sure considering the smell, where it comes from, and what it's made of. But it isn't our say. She can do whatever makes er hapyy.

Christmas Break Yo

Chrsitmas is a magical time of year. Many people have family gatherings and festivities. The holidays is a time of famly, and fun. But for me it's a time to eat lots of food and sleep. I like eating lots of food all the time, it makes me happy. Megan wants her pink shirt back because she is a cool mom, and only dates women of color. Megan personally loves the holidays. She told me during the summer a facinating story of her life summorized. It goes like this...when she was 13 she had her first smoke. There was nothing that could stop her addiction and there was nothing that could ever come above. She couldn't stop coughing it really made her mad, she smoked so much daily it really made her sad. It made her heart slow down and not her lungs are feeled with tar, and, at school in the bathroom is where she smoked her stupid cigarettes. She thought that she was cool, but she really looked like a fool. Now she has a stoma and she just keeps on saying "Why me? Why me? Why me? Oh!" She thought she'd always be healthy...healthy. WARNING: Mrs. Sorenson has a sweat shirt that is not hers abandoned in her class room, claim it if it's yours. On a side note, I will most likely do nothing special for Christmas break. I will most likely spend time with family.

Why Megan Wall is cool...

Most of you may know a young child in our class named Megan Wall. Many of you may think of her as "cool" some may think otherwise though, your opinions are not my concern at the moment. I am going to tell you some of the reasons why Megan is cool, not cooooool, but just cool.

  1. First of all Megan doesn't care what others think, she is a free bird flying in the wind.
  2. Secondly she likes Mac Miller.
  3. Thirdly she can sing and dance like nobodys business.
  4. Fourthly she is very entertaining...she is one crazy child.
  5. And lastly, Megan is a homewrecker...which is bad but she can't deny the truth...

Seating Charts ferrdays

Seating Charts

Seating charts, what are seating charts? Seating charts are a cruel way of seperating people who supposly talk to much. Many teachers have come to a conclusion that seating charts will fix a conversation problem. They think that moving talkative students away from their friends will make them quiet because they won't have a friend to talk to. I have found that this thought is untrue in many ways because most talkative people will talk to anyone, not just their friends. You can move someone across the room from their friend and that student will still find away to speak with their friend, there is just no way around it.

Then again, seating charts can be respected upon some students. Some people don't talk anyway therefore, seating someone who talks to much next to someone who doesn't talk at all can control that person problem...only maybe though, no guarantees.

Though you can't change peoples personalities. Some people are just the type to talk nonstop to anyone because thats how they roll. Seating charts can't change talking in class by much. In my opinion a seating chart only makes people angry, they get seperated from people they ejoy being around.

All in all, seating charts have positive and negative outcomes. It all depends on how those people react to how they are moved to sit by.
